Q1 If you encounter the following error: "Error: Gameztar Toolbar cannot be started. You must have Administrator Privileges in order to use this program.

A1 To run the program as an Administrator, follow these steps:

1. On the Internet Explorer shortcut: Right-Click and select Properties
2. In the "Shortcut" tab, click "Advanced" button
3. Check "Run as administrator"
4. Click "Ok" button.
5. Then open the Internet Explorer again and right click the IE toolbar area. Select "Gameztar Toolbar".
6. The Toolbar will be shown now.

Q2 I have installed the Gameztar Toolbar, but it didn't show up in my browser?

A2 You may select View and then Tools, and see if there is checked on Gameztar Toolbar entry. If there is not tick sign besides, please check the Gameztar Toolbar entry and it will show up.

Q3 I do not wish to receive email updates and newsletter from Gameztar

A3 You may uncheck the statement for receiving email updates under Options -> Edit Profile. Your preference will be updated and we will no longer send you the email newsletter.

Q4 How do I uninstall the Gameztar Toolbar?

A4 You may go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs. Select Gameztar Toolbar and click Remove. The Gameztar Toolbar uninstaller will then be called out to perform the un-installation.

Q5 How do I customize the Search Engine in the Toolbar?

A5 How do I remove the Advertising Engine?

It's very easy to remove the Advertising Engine:
If you want to remove the advertising you receive from Gameztar, please follow the instructions:

1. Remove the Advertising Engine Components from Program Files
   
2. Remove the programs:
• Internet Search Operator
• Computerized Access Enhancer
• Internet System Optimizer
• Live Media Connect
• Contextual Web Manager
• Textual Enhancing service

If you have successfully uninstall the Advertising Engine components and still receive ads, it is quite probable that you are receiving advertising from another source.
